How do I place an order with a VAT invoice?
A VAT invoice is automatically issued with every order. When placing your order, provide your company details (VAT number, company name, address). The invoice will be included in the shipment or sent electronically.
Do you offer pallet delivery?
Yes, we carry out pallet deliveries for large orders. Cost and timing are agreed individually. Contact us by phone or email to discuss the details.
How long does order fulfilment take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same business day. Standard courier delivery takes 1–2 business days across Poland.
Can I return an ordered item?
Yes, consumers have 14 days to return goods without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Complaints page for details.
How does the B2B programme work?
The B2B programme offers special terms for businesses: volume discounts (5–25%), 30-day deferred payment, a dedicated account manager and priority service. Registration on the B2B Offer page is free of charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: card payment, BLIK, Przelewy24, bank transfer and – for B2B customers – deferred payment with a 30-day term. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
